I ran for three years in high school, first for Pleasant Grove, then for Lone Peak. My times were never very competitive, but I enjoyed the feeling of being in good shape and the distance running camaraderie.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Complete an Ironman Triathalon
Stay fit throughout my life!
Personal:
I'm an undergraduate student studying Economics at Utah State. I enjoy reading and basketball.
No running today, but I did a few loops on one of my favorite mountain biking trails in St. George.

Haha nonetheless, I would still recommend it;). Some of my favorites lately have been "Loonshots" by Safi Bahcall, "Billion Dollar Whale" by Tom Wright and Bradley Hope, "Why We Sleep" by Matthew Walker, "A Brief History of Time" by Stephen Hawking, and "Educated" by Tara Westover.
